5. Daquon Green

WR | IUP

Green was a 6’1″ 193-pound, four-star recruit out of Florida in the Class of 2017. He initially signed with Florida and spent two seasons there, seeing limited action. He transferred to Murray State where he recorded 28 catches for 417 yards and a touchdown in 2019. Green ended up at IUP in 2021 where he only appeared six games while notching two scores in that time, before entering the portal in January 2022.


4. Michael Gayden

DL | Colorado Mesa

Gayden was a 6’2″ 263-pound tackle recruit out of Texas in the class of 2018. He began his career at Blinn (JUCO) before spending the 2019 season with Abilene Christian. After seeing limited action, he transferred to Colorado Mesa in 2021, where he had a productive season, earning All-Conference honors before entering the portal in January 2022.


3. Ryan LaFollette

WR | Wheeling

LaFollette was a 6’2″ 190-pound receiver recruit out of Ohio in the class of 2018. After no action in 2018, he would have an All-Conference season as a sophomore, recording 79 catches, 655 yards, and four touchdowns. He scored three times in four games during an abbreviated 2020, and finished with 39 catches for 519 yards and six touchdowns in 2021 before entering the portal in January 2022.


2. Caleb Pierce

OL | Tiffin

Pierce was a 6’3″ 320-pound offensive line recruit out of Ohio in the class of 2018. After redshirting, he would assume a starting role in 2019. He would start every game of the next three seasons and be recognized as All-Conference from 2019-2021. He entered the portal in January 2022.


1. Tyson Bagent

QB | Shepherd

Bagent was 6’3″ 215-pound quarterback recruit out of West Virginia in the class of 2018. He immediately assumed the starting role and performed at an all-conference level. He matched this in 2020 and in 2021 progressed even further by being named All-American and winner of the Harlon Hill Trophy. He has recorded 12,454 passing yards and 118 touchdowns (with 7 rushing touchdowns) in three seasons. Bagent entered the portal in January 2022.
